Use the service for legitimate learning
Use Oyamu only for lawful personal preparation or an expressly authorized institutional purpose. Follow applicable exam rules and the restrictions on the materials you bring to the service. The same rules apply to uploads, prompts, generated output, messages and integrations.
Academic and exam integrity
Do not use Oyamu to answer a live, proctored or otherwise restricted assessment, impersonate a test taker, bypass exam security, distribute leaked questions or submit work dishonestly. Do not request reconstruction of confidential exam items from memory where exam rules prohibit it.
Practice content must be distinguished from official exam materials. Use original practice questions or material you are licensed to process. AI assistance does not create permission to disregard a school’s or exam administrator’s rules.
Respect people and private information
Do not harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against another person, post illegal content, impersonate someone or distribute private information without authority. Do not upload patient records, identification documents, payment credentials or other sensitive material that a study task does not require.
Do not solicit a minor’s private contact details, encourage unsafe off-platform contact or use the service for sexual exploitation. Report concerns promptly. A moderation or reporting feature, where available, does not replace emergency services.
Respect content and access restrictions
Do not share paid accounts, redistribute substantial paid materials, remove ownership notices, circumvent access limits or extract content in bulk without authorization. Do not upload another provider’s paid question bank or textbook merely because you purchased the right to read it.
Automated access must respect the service’s authorization, capacity and published interfaces. Do not evade authentication, collect other users’ information, carry out denial-of-service testing or use service content to train a competing system without permission. Non-waivable legal exceptions remain available.
AI misuse
Do not use AI features to generate unlawful material, reveal secrets, bypass safety controls, impersonate a real professional or misrepresent generated material as verified. Do not use study recommendations for consequential decisions about another person’s education, employment, health, credit or eligibility.
Do not attempt to make connected tools act outside the permission you hold. Review generated material and any external action before using it.
Reporting and enforcement
Report a concern to support@oyamu.com with the affected URL or feature and a short explanation. Provide the minimum necessary evidence, preferably with personal information removed. Copyright matters also follow the Copyright policy.
Oyamu may investigate and apply proportionate measures such as a warning, content restriction, temporary suspension or termination. Immediate action may be needed for serious harm or legal requirements. Where feasible, a user may ask support to review a restriction. Enforcement does not remove statutory rights or authorize Oyamu to ignore its own obligations.
