Studying should challenge your thinking, not your ability to use the page. We aim to make Oyamu accessible. If something gets in your way, tell us what happened and what would help. You don’t need to share a diagnosis.
Our aim
Oyamu aims to make its website and study tools usable across different disabilities, devices and access needs. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and evaluation target.
Features include semantic headings, skip links, visible focus, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. Accessibility can vary by page, content and connected service.
Getting help with access
If a form, diagram, table, document or other part of Oyamu is difficult to use, tell us what you were trying to do. You can request an accessible alternative or assistance completing a task.
Third-party chat, sign-in and payment interfaces may have their own limitations. Include the affected step so we can identify the barrier.
Report a barrier
Email support@oyamu.com with “Accessibility,” the page or task, what happened and the assistance or format you need. Your browser or assistive technology can be helpful, but you do not need to share a diagnosis or medical details.
Exam accommodations and improvements
Oyamu support is separate from accommodations for an official exam. Contact the exam administrator for its application process, deadlines and requirements.
User feedback and accessibility evaluations help identify improvements. Contact us if a change introduces a new barrier or a previous issue remains unresolved.
