Oyamu LLC operates this website. Contact support@oyamu.com about this notice or your information.
What we collect
When you join, we store your email address, signup time, campaign source, referring page, browser user-agent and country reported by our host. A salted hash of your IP address helps limit repeated signups; the signup database does not store your raw IP address. Hashing reduces exposure but does not make this information anonymous. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
Creator applications
If you apply, we also store your name, email, public channel or organization URL, audience description and proposal, with submission time and a salted IP hash for abuse prevention. We use this to assess and respond to your application. It does not enroll you in marketing or establish a paid partnership. Contact us to update or withdraw it. We review applications periodically and remove those no longer needed; a later agreement may require separate records.
How we use it
We use your information to manage early access, contact you about launch and protect the signup form. Campaign tags help us understand which links brought visitors to the form. Joining does not create a paid account or subscribe you to unrelated promotional lists. Optional third-party analytics, advertising trackers and session recordings are not enabled for this launch.
Providers and sharing
Cloudflare hosts this website and its signup database. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell or rent the waitlist. This launch does not synchronize your entry with the older Kepata CRM or mailing list. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights.
Retention
We keep the waitlist until launch and a reasonable period to communicate access information, then remove entries no longer needed. You can ask us to remove yours sooner. Provider security logs and backups may remain under the provider's retention processes. If the launch is delayed, we review whether the information is still needed.
Your choices
Email support@oyamu.com to withdraw from the waitlist, access or correct your information, or request deletion. We may ask you to confirm control of your email address. Future launch emails will include a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights or the right to contact your local privacy authority.
Young visitors
This waitlist is not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit their information. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact us so we can remove it. Product age and eligibility requirements will be provided before account access is offered.
Changes
We will update this notice when the waitlist's processing changes and update the date above. The separate product-policy library describes the planned service and does not replace this waitlist notice.
